Does Wise-Kids offer refunds?

Unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges are available when purchasing products on our online shop.

Exchanges (of the same item(s)) will only be granted for products that are damaged, faulty, or missing parts upon delivery. Please refer to the “What do I do if I receive a damaged or faulty product?” for more information.



What do I do if I receive a damaged or faulty product?

If you received a damaged or faulty product, you may bring the item along with your order confirmation (i.e. receipt) to any of our Hong Kong shops within 14 days of receiving the item for an exchange (of the same product).

The item in question must be in good condition (e.g. not washed, damaged, altered, or used) and in its original packaging.

** Please note that exchanges/replacement of damaged or faulty product(s) will only be accepted once.
** Delivery and gift wrapping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
** Wise-Kids reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.



How are refunds issued at Wise-Kids?

Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

If you are returning the product(s) in store:

Upon satisfactory inspection of the return product(s) by our staff, your refund will be issued within 8-10 business days after the drop-off (no refunds will be issued in-store). Please note that the refund amount will not include any delivery fee and gift wrapping fee (if any), which is non-refundable.

If you have not yet been issued your refund after 8-10 business days, please contact us at ecs@wisekidstoys.com.

** Please note that purchases made in the SALE section can only be exchanged if the item is faulty.
** Wise-Kids reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
