Will I get an invoice?

Your order summary and invoice will be emailed to you once you complete the checkout process. If you did not receive a confirmation email after placing your order, please send us an email at wkeshop@wisekidstoys.com.

 

How do I track my order?
Your tracking number will be sent to you in a separate email once your order has been packed and shipped.

Can I start shopping without registering an account with Wise-Kids?
You must register an account with Wise-Kids before placing any orders on our online shop. However, you can still browse our products and register at anytime without becoming a member before checkout.
