Where does Wise-Kids deliver?

Delivery service is available for local addresses in Hong Kong only (including Kownloon and New Territories). Delivery service is not available for the restricted area.
No delivery service is available for any addresses outside of Hong Kong and P.O. box address.


How does Wise-Kids ship their products?

Wise-Kids uses a combination of couriers to ensure that your delivery is fast and affordable.


What are Wise-Kids shipping fees?

Shipping Fee is calculated based on the order amount (net). Free Standard Delivery for order amount (Net) over HK$300.

Shipping fees are shown in your cart once you have logged into your Wise-Kids account. If you have previously registered with us, you can log in at anytime. First time shoppers will need to create an account with Wise-Kids first and provide us with a delivery address.

If the delivery address is incorrect caused by the customer's fault,  we will charge $60 for redelivery.


How do I track my delivery?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. You may use this tracking number to track your delivery status via our chosen courier’s website. 


When will my order arrive?

Products will be delivered to your order shipping address within 3-4 working days. Please note that delivery times may be a little longer for orders placed around public holidays, or during extreme weather warnings

(e.g. when Typhoon Signal 8 or Black Rain Storm warnings are hoisted). If you are unsure of your delivery status, please contact us at wkeshop@wisekidstoys.com.+


Will my delivery require a signature?

A signature may be required on delivery of your order.


What if no one is available to accept the delivery?

If you are not home to accept your delivery, our courier will arrange alternate delivery times via telephone or leave a card. If you receive a calling card you will need to call the relevant number and arrange another time for delivery. You will not be charged for the second delivery but additional charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts.

After subsequent failed delivery attempts, your order will be returned to us. In this case, regretfully we may charge for redelivery or redirection of failed orders. This charge will be at cost only.
